I have been a Keuka-Laker for 35+ years but I regret to say this was my first Esperanza experience.
My Grandmother & I went for dinner on a Saturday in mid-September and the place was crankin!
I ordered their take on Chicken French (it was sweeter than I'm use to which is why I say "their take") and it was delicious... I ate every bit of it. My Grandmother ordered a steak special. It was cooked perfectly and was very tender. Also, the service was the best service I've ever had on the lake.
We met a woman named Barbara when we first arrived. She wears many hats so I'm not sure what her title is exactly but her genuine and friendly demeanor was refreshing. She accommodated our every need without having to even ask. Lauren who was working the front desk at the time was spectacular. She went above and beyond showing me all the rooms that were available to see at the time and gave me a bit of the history on the place.
I've been in the hospitality business for 20yrs and it's rare to see employees be this invested in the establishment they work for.
Keep up the good work Esperanza!!! I wish you endless success:)
